Psychrapy is a group started by Mr Vishwa Bandhu (Consultant Civil Engineer) to promote home-based health care without compromising the quality. Psychrapy focuses on preventive measures and cures for medical and psychological issues at home through the concept of TELE-HEALTH CARE and HOME VISITS.

How do we do?
Our doctors/ psychologist/ fitness trainer take sessions to discuss the issue or goal.
These sessions could be telephonic or a video call or a home visit depending on your demand and need.
FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES
Initially 1 to 2 sessions are required to assess the patient. In subsequent sessions, we work with patient to
- Address the issue by communicating the abnormal behavior
- Decrease the intensity of behavior by removing or addinga habit in daily routine.
- Work on habits and assign a task to the patient which he/she will do and try to change the negative habits under our supervision.
We do different psychotherapy like cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure therapy etc.
For non-psychological issues,
we work both on diet and prescribing medicines to relieve the symptoms and do home visit if required to assess the patient. Our fitness trainer work with you and guide you over different workouts to attain the desire goal of fitness. Specific workouts to meet specific goals are available on demand
